Help finance and operations leaders find Forge RPA. Bring your network; propose your approach.
We're looking for sales pros with real networks in finance, ops, or IT consulting. This is a 100% commission relationship and the compensation structure is in development. Strong applicants are invited to propose their recommended sales approach AND their proposed compensation structure. We'd rather build the model with you than hand you one.
All contributors at this stage are independent contractors.
How It Works. Two Steps.
We don't ask you to write a 10-page strategy memo on day one. We screen first, then invite the strongest applicants into a real conversation about how they'd sell Forge RPA and what compensation makes the deal work.
Step 1. Apply
Minimal Application
Name, email, LinkedIn, current role, network strength, resume. Optional 60 to 90 second voice memo. That's it. We review weekly.
Step 2. Propose (If Approved)
Your Approach Plus Your Compensation
If your application is a fit, you'll get a private link to propose: (a) your recommended sales approach for Forge RPA, and (b) the compensation structure that makes this worth your time. We'll read every proposal and respond within a week.
Reps who are hired sign a standard independent-contractor agreement and start with a 90-day ramp. Onboarding includes collateral, a calendar link for booking discovery calls, lead routing, and a comp-tracking dashboard.
Who We're Looking For
This is commission-only. It works for one kind of rep: someone with a real, warm network in our buyer profile.
- ✓Finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance) at mid-market companies ($25M to $500M revenue)
- ✓Operations and IT leaders at the same companies
- ✓Consultants and former Big-4 / consulting-firm pros who've kept their relationships
- ✓Reps who sell technical services today (RPA, ERP, BI, ServiceNow, Workday adjacent) and want to add a high-margin offering
You're probably nota fit if you don't have an existing network in finance / ops / IT consulting, you're looking for inbound leads to dial through, or you haven't sold $25K+ technical services deals before.
On Compensation
Forge RPA's sales compensation is 100% commission, structure in development. We're deliberately not anchoring on a specific % publicly, because we believe the right model is the one that the right reps will tell us they need.
Strong applicants are invited to propose their compensation structure as part of Step 2. Rate, recurring vs. one-time, activation thresholds, vertical exclusivity, anything you've seen work or want to push for. We read every proposal and the best ideas shape the model we adopt across the program.
For context: comparable independent reps in technical services commonly negotiate 10 to 25% of first-engagement revenue, with different terms for one-time vs. recurring deals. We're broadly in that band. The specifics are open and your proposal matters.
Why Forge RPA
We build automation for finance and operations teams using a proprietary framework that delivers 5 to 7x developer productivity vs. traditional RPA implementations. Our customers are mid-market CFOs and Controllers tired of $250K UiPath / Automation Anywhere projects that ship 18 months late.
Our wedge is the paid assessment: a 2 to 4 week engagement ($5K to $25K) that produces a complete automation roadmap, ROI model, and a working proof of concept. About 60% of assessments convert to a build engagement averaging $75K to $150K. The rest become referrals.
We have real reference customers in finance services, professional services, and Workday-shop mid-market companies. We can introduce you to two of them on your first call with us.
